We are looking for someone who enjoys painting and gardening. We have a 47 bed nursing home with several communal areas, all of these areas require painting on a continual basis. Each bedroom will need a refresh as a new person moves in. We also have small garden areas that are to be maintained.

The hours are flexible, so long as the tasks are being completed in a timely manner we are happy for any suitable schedule to be put forward. Our home is open 24 hours day

This role is a supporting role for our current long standing Maintenance person, whose role has moved more into compliance.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 24-40 per week

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
