Office Administrator/receptionist

**Office Administrator/Receptionist - Cumbernauld**
Our client is seeking a professional, and well organised office administrator/receptionist for a large, well established manufacturing company.
**Job duties**:
- Managing the switchboard
- Processing all incoming/outgoing mail and courier pickups
- Controlling office stationery
- Organising company travel - flights, car hire, hotel accommodation etc.
- Managing staff absenteeism/holidays/timekeeping/job cards and compiling spreadsheet reports
- Managing the Corporate Credit cards
- Matching PO Numbers to vendor’s invoices and process for payment.
- Progress payments and pursue late debtors
- Keeping company database up to date
- MS Word and Excel minimum, accountancy experience advantageous.
**Details**:
- Holidays - 32 days annual leave including statutory days + 1 day for each year of service to maximum of 5 days
- Salary negotiable to 30K depending on experience
- Flex 37.5 hour week
- 13:00 finish on Friday’s provided 37.5 hours completed
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £26,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
