**Purpose of this Role**:
To give the highest possible level of customer service and shopping experience for our fans from all around the world.

Maintain High store standards throughout the store and to represent both Stichd and Manchester City FC in the Best way possible.

To Effectively replenish the shopfloor during the day, ensuring that all available products are ready for on a customer’s Journey throughout the store.

**SUPERVISOR**
- **Main responsibilities**_:

- Responsible Service excellence KPI’s: Sales Revenues, Conversion, AOV, UPT, RFID.
- **supervisor responsibilities**_:

- Store does have daily Visual Merchandise follow up to ensure VM Standards are high.
- Align with Ops team on replenishment to have full bays and units fully displayed.
- Responsible to assist Management for BE NICE customer journey for new hires and for current staff.
- Support the POS (Cashier) Area to improve the customer flow and customer journey process
- Click and Collect - (Customer service responsible)
- Replenishment flow of the salesfloor.
- RFID scans weekly/daily instore and Backhouse -store daily cleaned and organized, working with operations/sales assistants.
- All products are priced labeled correctly.
