**Quotes Administrator’s required for the UK’s leading facilities management and professional services company. The business look after a large, diverse, blue-chip customer base, from banks and retailers, to hospitals, schools, and government offices. The Company put their customers at the heart of everything they do and are keen to hire a team of people who are passionate to deliver 1st class customer service. You’ll be administering the quotes and communicating with the engineers and managers / directors over the telephone. It’ll be up to you process accurate information and to use Excel to calculate rates.
**This role would suit someone with an administrative background, with accurate processing skills and a keen eye for detail, however full training can be provided for someone keen to start a career within administration with a good knowledge of Excel. A competitive salary of up £22,000pa is offered for the role**

**What will you be doing as a Quotes Administrator?**
- Log quoted works through the current CAFM and Financial Systems
- To carry out Administration Processes within the quotation department
- Accurately file as per Business policy and procedures
- Ensuring operational paperwork is to corporate standards
- Management of relevant process flow, raise Purchase Order’s and uplifts through the Oracle finance system and carry out the goods receipting process of orders raised when necessary.
- Close liaison with Internal & External Clients.
- Manage Third party attendances to Client Sites
- Ensure adherence to SLA’s and tight deadlines
- Update compliance spread sheets with data supplied
- Obtaining relevant completion paperwork and final closure of Quoted works on all Business/Client Systems
- To analyse reports and action where necessary
- To be able to work on multiple contracts across various Regions

- Excellent Administration/Numeracy Skills
- Attention to detail
- Microsoft office experience - minimum of intermediate level with Excel
- Experience in a challenging and high-pressure environment.
- A Flexible and Adaptable approach to working
- Experience of meeting SLA’s, Compliance targets and tight deadlines
- Experience of call logging/CAFM systems
- Relationship building skills - to be a self-starter willing to take the initiative when necessary and excellent ability to work well within a team structure, and support and guide team members as required
- Administration experience essential.
- Well organised
