**Role Responsibility**:
We are looking for a Still-Life Production Coordinator to join our team on a Fixed Term Basis.

As our Still-Life Production Coordinator, you will be responsible for scheduling and resourcing daily in-house BAU e-commerce still-life shoots according to deliveries, time-to-site, forecast, and budgets. Categories you will schedule include Women’s and Men’s Accessories, Home, Childrenswear, Flowers, and Food & Wine.

Working in tandem with our Senior Still-Life Coordinator, each day will involve communicating with our in-house Art Direction, Photography, Styling, and Product team ensuring effective scheduling according to brand direction, product type, and team skillsets. Liaising with freelance stills talent as required - placing options, releasing, confirming - you must have impeccable communication skills. Outside of BAU, you will have the opportunity to be involved with creative still-life shoots as and when briefed such as seasonal and all-year-round Hampers.

You will need to work collaboratively with several key stakeholders across the business to obtain the information required to ensure key launches/priorities and BAU deadlines are met, whilst supporting the wider Photostudio departments to achieve these deadlines. And, you will be able to multi-task daily, adapt to changing information and updates, spot potential issues before they happen, communicate clearly and concisely, and have superb attention to detail (visually and numerically).

Reporting to the Senior Production Manager, this role demands a team player who is eager to learn and can grasp new information and systems quickly. You will also showcase flexibility in your ways of working, can think outside of the box, and bring new ideas to the wider Production and Photostudio team.

This opportunity is for someone who has previously worked in an e-commerce studio, with Still-Life experience, and who is highly organised, enthusiastic, a problem solver, and thrives in a fast-paced reactive environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Draft set placement on daily call sheets. Fine-tune changes such as feedback, team holidays, sicknesses, brands, and other updates
- Manage freelance stills talent availability calendar - confirm, pencil, or release options daily
- Split product for shootlists, briefing teams accordingly and awareness of crossover workstreams between model and stills - such as accessories-on-model
- End-to-end delivery of Still-Life priorities and brand launches - dropping key dates and information in calendar reminders through to critical paths and go-live
