As the UK's largest online Water Softener Supplier, North East Water Softeners are dedicated to delivering high-quality water solutions to our customers.

We are looking for a Sales and Operations Advisor to join the team.

This role would be both field and office based.

Our customer sits at the heart of what we do, and we believe that by having the right people we can ensure all our customers experience world class customer service.

As the Sales and Operations Advisor, you will be responsible for communicating the benefits of the company's products to help drive sales. You will serve as the point of contact between the business and its customers, supporting customers with information and assistance that relates to products and services.

You must be extremely organised with the ability to manage not only your own time but the Engineers too.

Main duties:

- Selling products and services both online and offline and customer home visits.
- Conversion of leads both online and offline and customer home visits.
- Performing cost-benefit analyses of existing and potential customers
- Maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales
- Achieving sales targets set by the company and meeting conversion targets.
- Lead generation
- Attending outside customer facing marketing events.
- Raising quotations & sales invoices
- Communicating with senior management about existing and new marketing activities and opportunities.
- Organising promotional events such as trade shows
- Ensuring prompt delivery of materials and products by coordinating with staff.
- Booking Royal Mail Campaigns, researching Postcode data and organising printing and leaflet design.
- Taking inbound and outbound calls from customers, enquiring about products, booking surveys and adding to sales funnels and scheduling accordingly

As the Sales and Operations Advisor, you will be able to demonstrate excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills. You will be IT savvy, experienced working on CRM systems and excel.

You will have a can-do attitude, be extremely organised and have a passion for delivering excellent customer service to our customers.

**Salary**: Up to £27,000.00 per year
