**JOB DESCRIPTION**

To support and drive all operational performance in all studios across the group. This role will be responsible for studio maintenance, equipment maintenance, all weekly operational tasks and anything else which falls under studio operations criteria.

This role will also be heavily involved in Studio fit outs. From working with contractors to being on site during the final stages of the build to get ‘new’ studios to an acceptable operational level for opening.

CSG has a start up mentality but is quickly growing into a business with a lot more organizational structure. This role requires someone who is used to working in a startup environment where everyone mucks in yet has the aspirations to come along for the long term journey.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Keep our in studio operation system (Connecteam) updated and in check.
- Work with Studio Managers on Studio operational standards.
- Replenish stock of relevant items throughout the week and ensure stock orders are completed in time. This is on a studio by studio basis.
- Assist in all tasks delegated by Directors and Operations Lead.
- Report and follow up on damaged equipment and damage to studio.
- Assist with the smooth running of community events.
- All tasks involved with new studio builds.
- Other office administration - management and upkeep of recruitment funnel and onboarding of new staff.

**PREREQUISITES**
- Clean driving license.
- Attention to detail is key for this role. Anything that happens in each studio needs to be noted and reported on.
- Initiative is key for this role.
- Solution orientated. When things go wrong, which they will, finding solutions quickly to fix the situation is vital.
- Passionate about health and wellbeing, with the energy, enthusiasm and creativity to get a new business unit off the ground.
- You can work on several different projects across different areas/studios at once.
- You are proactive in the presence of daily problems and difficult situations.
- You are a team player. You understand sometimes you have to get in at the deep end with the rest of the team to resolve a situation.
- You are able to foster strong relationships quickly with all stakeholders
