We are recruiting for our client in Biggleswade who are looking for Customer Service Advisor on a Part Time basis.

This position will be based in Biggleswade, on a part time, temp to permanent basis.
Responsibilities will include:

- Inbound and outbound calls to customers and their internal branches.
- Processing customer’s website placed orders.
- Processing internal branches placed orders
- Assisting customers when using our website
- General office duties

Skills, Knowledge, Qualification and Experience
- Computer literate
- Previous experience in a Customer Services environment is preferred.
- Strong work ethic and initiative

Full training will be provided internally on our own in-house computer system.

You must be available for day shift training.

Once permanent you will benefit from a pay rise to £25,000 pro rata, bonus, 20 days paid holiday (increases with length of service) plus Bank holidays, Uniform provided, Overtime opportunities available at busy periods with enhanced pay rates.

Hours:
5:30pm - 10.00pm Monday to Friday

Pay rate: £11.00 to start.
