**ABOUT**:
The Head of Operations will be responsible for overseeing the operations of all our cabins, current and future, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and our guests have a seamless stay.

From managing our cleaning and maintenance teams to implementing efficient processes across the wider business, this role will be focused on strategy and structure. This role will also support our growth by project managing new site launches from build to deployment, overseeing builders and interior designers, and setting up site teams for success.

**WHAT IS THE TEAM LOOKING FOR**:
They are looking for a leader with experience managing teams and projects. You will be a founding team member, with full autonomy to run and build the Operations department.

Ideally, you will have hospitality experience, but this is not essential.
You will thrive in this role if you enjoy putting your stamp on things and developing and
implementing systems and processes. We need someone who loves dotting the i’s and
crossing the t’s, ensuring nothing slips through the net. To succeed in this position, you must make decisions with both effectiveness and guest experience in mind.

**You'll be**
- Exceptional communication and organisational skills and the ability to build and

manage teams.
- Develop and implement processes ensuring smooth communication and clear

accountability across all housekeeping, maintenance, and customer service teams.
- Ensure all cabins are properly maintained and oversee repairs and renovations as

needed.
- Manage budgets for each cabin location and monitor financial performance against

targets.
- Recruit, train, and manage a staff team to ensure the best possible guest experience

across all our locations.
- Implement health and safety protocols to ensure on-site compliance.
- Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors, negotiating contracts and ensuring

timely delivery of goods and services.

**Salary**: £60k
**Logistics**: Remote working | hybrid central
