**The Company**

Open Retail Solutions provide EPoS systems primarily to Garden Centres, Farm Shops, Delicatessens and general retail stores throughout the UK. Established in 2003 we are fast approaching our 20 year anniversary.

**The Person**

We are looking for a dedicated and professional individual who will work well in a small team. You will be expected to attend various trade shows around the country, provide product demonstrations to sales leads either face to face or remotely. Additionallyyou will be asked to provide initial onsite and follow-up training to clients. Over the phone or remote training may also be requested.

Full training on the system will be provided.

**The Position**
- You will have the ability to work on your own initiative, be proactive and self-motivated.
- You will be expected to keep the in house CRM system up to date.
- You will manage the customer from initial contact through to installation.
- You will prepare quotations and liaise with the technical team to ensure viability.
- You will have a proven track record in software demonstration.
- Additional duties will include on-site and remote training.
- Informing existing customers of new products.
- There will be times when you will be required to spend short periods of time away from home around the country.

**Key skills and knowledge required**
- Good communication skills, verbal, written and face-to-face.
- Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office software packages.
- Must hold a Full UK Driving Licence.

**Hours of work and terms**
- This is a permanent position.
- Salary will be between £25,000 - £30,000 per annum negotiable depending on experience.
- The hours of work are Monday to Friday 09.00 - 17.00. A degree of flexibility will be required when travelling to and from appointments.
- Company laptop and mobile phone will be provided.
- Annual holidays are 30 days (including bank holidays).
