**Housekeeper & Maintenance Person - Live in Couple**

**We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Housekeeper & Maintenance Person couple in Westerham, Kent**

We are looking for an experienced, energetic, and flexible housekeeper and maintenance couple to help us run our house in Westerham, Kent (40 mins from central London on the train) and help with our property investment business.

This is a great opportunity to live in the countryside and enjoy the benefits of London close by, as well as working in a comfortable, hardworking and friendly environment.

This role is for 40 hours per week each, Monday to Friday, to start in January 2023.

We have grown up 'children’, both living away from home, and a dog. You will have a self-contained (own entrance) two-bedroom flat, all bills included, and a van is available for duties as necessary.

**The roles**:

- **Housekeeper**:

- _You will run the home, cleaning, washing and ironing, making sure the house is beautifully presented at all times, as well as walking and grooming our very friendly golden retriever each day.
- **Maintenance person** - _You will be responsible for decorating, gardening, general maintenance and grounds upkeep.

Two days a week you will **both** also be part of our live-out team, employed to look after our tenanted properties based in South London. This work will include cleaning, tenancy turnarounds and property maintenance care.

A high standard of work will be expected with a flexible approach and willingness to take on a variety of tasks for the tenanted properties and main house.
- You must both have;_
- Excellent English,
- Experience in the role
- Be able to commit for at least a year
- Be a non-smoker
- Have no pets
- Both should hold a full driving licence

We run a friendly but busy household and are looking for a couple that will take pride in looking after our properties and who can muck in with anything that needs doing.

Our current couple are sadly leaving after 5 years and our previous couple were with us for 5 years before them
