**Contract**:Permanent Full time 37.5 hours per week

**Shifts**:Day shifts 7.30am & 3pm 2.30-10pm including weekend work.

**Essential **you have 12 months experience within a CQC or Ofsted service.

**Service**
Vermont House is a bespoke Residential Service designed to support up to six autistic adults, or those with learning disabilities and associated needs, to develop the skills and confidence necessary to lead a more independent life.

**Support Worker duties**:

- Supporting residents to develop independence and life skills
- Assisting people to achieve daily goals & daily activities such as arts, crafts, hobbies
- Assisting with the development of person centred plans for our residents
- This includes employment, education and other opportunities
- Maintaining records and drawing up risk assessments
- Providing personal care where needed always working towards more independence
- Supporting people in undertaking daily activities or development
