**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
- Dealing with all compliance documents
- Dealing with all sensitive company documents to send to new business
- Managing CRM systems and ensuring the Sales team are utilising this to the full potential
- Dealing with correspondence from UK sales director to their clients
- Updating company databases
- Motivating the team and ensuring all time sensitive jobs are completed
- Managing the commissions reports for the team
- Easing workload for the team
- Create processes for all departments so tasks can be passed on in absence
- Managing KPI reporting for the team
