- What will this role achieve?

Our Team Member roles work on continuous production lines in packing. Working as part of a team, Team Members are responsible for operating machinery, carrying out all quality checks and maintaining high production standards and cleaning and hygiene standards.

What will be your key deliverables?- Have an understanding of good manufacturing practice, HACCP systems and Health & Safety in the workplace-
- Ensure high housekeeping and hygiene standards are maintained-
- Have an element of control and operate a variety of process and equipment to the highest standards of safety and quality-
- Employees must be able to complete traceability paperwork accuratelyBring your experience
- Essential- Numeracy & Literacy - i.e., date code responsibilities-
- Manual dexterity & hand
- eye coordination, i.e., changing reels etc.-
- Team-working skills-
- Initiative and drive, with demonstrated attention to detail-
- Dexterity and speed of operation-
- A flexible approach to work and the ability to cope with a fast-paced working environmentDesirable

Previous experience is desirable but not essential, training will be provided.

Shift Pattern
- 12 hour shifts 7pm-7am. 3 on, 3 off.
