What will this role achieve?
- The successful applicant for a Team Member 1 role will have the ability to perform process and packing activities. The role requires a proactive individual with a ‘can do’ attitude who is committed to maintaining high standards in production whilst working as part of a dynamic team.- What will be your key deliverables?-
- Control and operate a variety of complex processes and equipment to the highest standards of safety and quality
- Ensure the efficient operation of process equipment whilst carrying out format changeovers and machine set up
- Achieve the required planned output within product specification
- Maximise plant efficiency whilst minimising waste
- Ensure high housekeeping and hygiene standards are maintained
- Support Team Managers with the introduction of any improvement Initiatives
- Employees must be able to complete traceability paperwork accurately- Bring your experience- Essential-
- Numeracy & Literacy - i.e., date code responsibilities
- Manual dexterity & hand
- eye coordination, i.e., changing reels etc.
- Team-working skills
- Initiative and drive, with demonstrated attention to detail
