We are seeking a Purchase Ledger Supervisor to join the Finance team of JRL Plant & Logistics, the plant hire and logistics division within the JRL Group. The role will be based at our Borehamwood Office with regular visits to our Biggleswade depot.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervision of Purchase Ledger team.
- Relationship management with internal operational and finance teams.
- Analysis of trade creditors for period end reporting.
- Cash Flow forecasting.
- Managing unallocated cash.
- Production of weekly/monthly KPI reports.
- Ensure all invoices received are approved.
- Ensuring adherence to procedures and payment terms.
- Query resolution.
- Supplier statement reconciliations.
- Liaising with external suppliers.
- Making payments.

**Requirements**:

- Experience managing a Purchase Ledger team
- A good understanding of Purchase Ledger gained in a commercial environment.
- Methodical with an organised approach to work.
- A team player with good communication skills.
- Basic Excel.
- Experience of COINS desirable.
