Location: Gloucester (GL3 4AQ)
DHL, an award winning leading supply chain business is seeking an Customer Services Administrator to play a vital role providing administrative support to the management team and delivering excellent customer service.
WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?
As part of your normal duties, whilst maintaining excellent health and safety practices, you will
Monday
- Friday 0830-1700 (some weekend hours and bank holiday on a rotational basis)
Completing Administrative tasks including ordering, allocating orders to stores and invoicing
Using computer programmes including SAP - Training to be provided
Liaising with the trabsport team regarding deliveries
WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?
Customer Services experience
SAP experience is desirable
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
