As part of the Together Learning Trust, you will also benefit from fantastic support from the central team, the school improvement team and your fellow leaders of the other schools in the trust. With expertise on hand to support you in areas such as curriculum design, behaviour and culture, finance, operations and communications, you’re free to do what you do best: lead and nurture the brilliant staff and students at this wonderful school and sixth form. This is a challenging time for every school in the country, but you’ll find a strong foundation where you can make a real difference to the lives of over 1500 children and young people and our local community.

**What the role involves in a nutshell**:

- Work with the Executive Headteacher to ensure outstanding leadership and management of the school
- Be a visible and convincing leader for staff, students, parents/carers and the local community
- Develop and enhance behaviour, attendance, personal development and welfare
- Develop and enhance curriculum and assessment
- Ensure safeguarding is highly effective by leading and ensuring the Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) and associated qualified staff implement robust systems, procedures and are highly trained.
- Develop and enhance teaching and learning
- Develop and enhance trust, community and partnerships
- Develop and enhance business management
