**Luxury Sales Administrator - North Coast - Permanent**

Would you love to sell luxury **accommodation** for for a leading tourism destination in an area of outstanding natural beauty? This role is ideal if you thrive meeting new people, have excellent administration skills and are looking for a vibrant and exciting place to work.
- £Negotiable salary and benefits package
- Hours of work will be Monday to Thursday / Sundays on a rotational basis and bank holidays are required
- Permanent position
- Responsible to General Manager

**The role will involve assisting the General Manager in the day to day running of the site including**:

- dealing with customer enquiries
- customer after care
- overseeing customer accounts
- Issuing & maintaining Insurance Renewals, quotes and certificates
- Reconciliation of accounts on Monthly basis for Company Accountant
- Preparing lodgements and invoices

**Criteria**:

- Previous experience in a similar customer facing administration role is essential
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office packages
