**About the apprenticeship**:
**Duties**:
Taking bookings from clients
Quoting clients using in house software
Allocating bookings to couriers
Monitoring bookings through to completion
Helping assist in other areas of the business as and when needed due to us being a small team.
Required to play a part in our on-call Rota (1 in 3 weeks). - Taking the occasional booking from customers out of hours. (Attracts Bonus Payments)

General knowledge of the UK road network

**Qualifications**:
Minimum 18 years old
Good Telephone Manner
Able to work on own initiative
