JOB TITLE: Service Coordinator / Administrator - Immediate Start

LOCATION: Shoreham-by-Sea

HOURS: 08:30 - 5:30pm Monday to Friday in Office

DURATION: Temporary - Ongoing

PAY RATE: £11.79 per hour + holiday accrual + benefits

About your new role:

- Dealing with customer communication, both internal and external.
- Managing all service tasks and requests
- Log customer calls, schedule tasks for engineers
- Check contract statuses
- Escalate calls to senior members of the team if required
- Carry out service checks
- Manage and assign tasks to engineers and communicate updates to customers.
- Raise quotations as required

About you:

- Available immediately and ongoing
- Happy to work in the office full time
- Good attention to detail
- Competent IT user, including Excel
