We are seeking to appoint an Academic Coach to carry out high quality maths interventions, outside of normal lessons as well as supporting within lessons, to students who need additional support to achieve their full potential in maths. These sessions will be on a one-to-one or small group basis, to encourage and support our young people to achieve their best possible outcomes, through stretch and challenge. You will benefit from a custom programme of online training and full induction will be given. You will also have the opportunity to collaborate with other academic coaches in school to share good practice.

- The ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with students, families and staff
- The ability to motivate pupils and a desire to make a positive contribution to their education
- The ability to manage challenging behaviour in line with the school behaviour policy
- The ability to work independently and as a member of a team
