**POST: Academic Coach of Maths**

**LOCATION: West Bromwich Collegiate Academy**

**GRADE: Band D SCP 9 - 17**

**SALARY: £20,160 - £23,437 per annum**

**HOURS: 37 Hours - Term Time Only**

**Fixed term until August 2023**

We are looking for an Academic Coach of Maths.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- To work collaboratively with academic staff to increase student attendance and attainment.
- Work one-to-one or with small groups within the Maths department.
- Work with teachers to support individual students to agree targets and action plans to improve the rate of progress being made in students’ learning in Maths and Numeracy.
- Support students consistently whilst recognising and responding to their individual needs.
