**Project 1125: Girls and Young Women**

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced caseworker to join our Project 1125 team. This service is funded by The National Lottery and provides holistic support for girls and young women (GYW), who are experiencing a range of difficulties, in Calderdale and Kirklees. This is a temporary post to provide maternity cover for the existing post holder and will be based in Kirklees.

The post holder will work alongside GYW to support and empower them to reach their full potential and to develop coping strategies that enable them to better manage the difficulties they have experienced. The post holder will offer 1:1 and group based support, which will include short courses/workshops, peer support groups in schools and/or monthly peer-led social groups.
- Experience of working with GYW
- Experience of using co-production to enable GYW who are using the service to be involved in the design, development, delivery and evaluation the support they receive.
- Experience of facilitation of groups
