We're working with a Tier 1 Bank who are expanding their Identity & Access Management team and have identified a need for several Tech Leads to come onboard and support this programme.

As a Network Security Tech Lead you will work closely with other engineering and cyber security teams to define IAM architecture and ensure the right controls are set up for each technology.

This is a long-term opportunity initially running to November 2023 and is due to start late Feb / early March, allowing for enough time to move through interview and onboarding processes - interviews will be commencing within the next 2 weeks.

The Bank supports flexible working and this role can be worked remotely from anywhere in the UK.

Skills & Experience:

- Networking Fundamentals: Knowledge of TCP/IP, routing protocols, firewall technologies, VPNs, VLANs, and subnetting.
- Encryption Technologies: Knowledge of encryption algorithms and protocols such as AES, RSA, and SSL/TLS.
- Operating Systems: Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems and their security features.
- Knowledge of how to use SIEM tools to monitor and analyse security events.
- Scripting and Automation: Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, Perl, or bash for automation tasks.
- Compliance and Regulatory Requirements: Knowledge of security regulations and standards such as PCI DSS, ISO 27001, and NIST.
- Familiarity with IAM best practices and controls
