**Our Team Leaders are the backbone of our service stations Assisting the site managers with all aspects of management, and filling in for them when needed. Training the staff, and leading them by example, ensuring stock controls are maintained, and merchandising standards are of the highest levels. They keep the stations clean and safe, with everything working well. Above everything, they enjoy helping our customers to have a great day, by delivering great customer service, so people want to keep coming back**

**Working in our service stations, your day to day role can involve**:

- **Welcoming and greeting our customers.**:

- **Ensuring the shop is fully stocked, and presented to the highest standards.**:

- **Managing tills accurately, and honestly**:

- **Assisting the Store Manager with all aspects of the running of the site.**
