**Invoicing Assistant**
Apollo Accident Repair Group Ltd are the largest repair Group on the South Coast with 19 sites and still growing. Our **Chichester **site has an opening for an **Invoicing Assistant.** This is a challenging but highly rewarding role.

Duties will include:
- Sales Invoicing
- Ensuring invoice accuracy against insurer authorities
- Submitting invoices via Audainvoice
- Resolving any invoicing queries
- Updating IT systems where necessary
- Liaising with other departments and all sites within the business
This role will also require:
- Deadline driven
- Attention to detail
- Good telephone manner
- Conscientious and methodical approach to work
- Team player
- Motor Trade experience preferred but not essential

Please note that the core working hours are 8am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £24,500.00-£25,000.00 per year
