We are seeking Call Handlers to join our fabulous, hard-working, and supportive team at Sutton Coldfield Group Practice.

Our Patient Contact Centre is based in our Practice at Four Oaks Medical Centre and support the timely and accurate delivery of primary care to patients within Sutton Coldfield, signposting them to the most appropriate appointment or service for their needs.

Our Call Handler team play an integral part in our organisation, and here at SCGP, we will give you the tools to thrive and communicate with our patients confidently, starting with our induction program.

You must have a high level of IT literacy, be empathic and able to deal with diverse and demanding calls. Caring for our patients is top priority and we deal with hundreds of calls every day.

If upon you joining SCGP, you are currently a patient at one of the SCGP practices, you will be asked to transfer to a different practice. During your probation, unless there is no other alternative available for you, you will be expected to transfer to another practice to ensure that you are not treated by a colleague.

**Job Type**: Permanent, 2 part time positions available 28.5 hours per week:
**Role 1**: Monday 0800 - 1830, Tuesday 0800 - 1700 and Friday 0800 - 1830

**Role 2**: Monday 0800 - 1830, Thursday 0800 - 1700 and Friday 0800 - 1830

**Salary**: From £11.44 per hour

NHS Pension

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
