With our growth we are now looking at recruiting a **Health & Safety Administrator **for our **new** Crawley site.
This job role will provide a link between all departments at site, engaging with staff and spending time on the factory floor, to ensure the H&S administration is accurate and compliant at all times.
**The key aspects of this job role will include**:
- Investigating and reporting of accidents at work, including near misses.
- Maintaining the necessary Health and Safety files ensuring we are compliant at all times.
- Creating, conducting, updating and improving Risk Assessments in accordance to Company policy.
- Ensuring the necessary records for i.e. electrical fire alarm, log book, emergency lighting checks, fire extinguishers is kept up to date.
- Conduct the required inductions for new staff and contractors to site etc.
- Dealing with third party suppliers and building a sound working relationship.
