Freight Forwarding Assistant

We are looking for a team player to join our busy freight forwarding office based in Bury St Edmunds.
Full training will be provided, apprenticeship also available
**The role-**
Assist with export shipments including placing booking and completing documentation
Complete import & export documentation / customs clearances
Assist with stock control / warehousing administration
Sales - provide quotes, follow up new leads to offer our services
Social media - assist in building our social profile
Preparing and sending invoices
**Key attributes -**
Attention to detail
Good communication skills
Professional telephone manner
Computer literate
Salary will be dependant on experience and will be reviewed regularly.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Apprenticeship
