**Job Description**:
Due to our incredible growth, we’re looking for **Customer Service Advisors **to help us deliver exceptional customer experiences for some of the world’s biggest and most well-known brands.

We have various **full time** permanent opportunities across our multiple clients and campaigns based within our 2 sites in Newcastle - The Rocket & Quorum.

As a Customer Service Advisor within our friendly and supportive team, you will be responsible for:

- providing support to effectively resolve customer queries,
- providing the best possible customer experience,
- updating customer records

**Your Skills**

To be considered for this role, you need to have the following:

- 6 customer service experience (in any environment - retail, office, hospitality, care)
- Courteous, friendly, and professional manner
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work with computer systems
- Attention to detail & proactive approach to solving problems
