**Role Context**:
For our Global Total Rewards Team, we are looking for a Rewards & Recognition Specialist in the UK. We are looking for someone that:

- has a continuous improvement mind-set and that wants to help the team build a sustainable foundation and continuously improve their service delivery;
- wants to become an expert on our Reward Strategy and support the organization in the continuous development of the global approach;
- has a soft spot for digitalization and wants to help us improve our employee experience when it comes to Compensation and Benefits. I.e. further automate key processes like annual salary reviews and variable pay plans.

**What will you do as our Reward & Recognition Specialist?**:
The main responsibility of our Total Reward team is to drive the Reward philosophy describing how we want to treat our employees from a Compensation & Benefits perspective. The team also supports in defining strategies, policies and frameworks per country, to enable RHDHV to attract and retain the right people in line with the company’s long-term strategy. It’s not only about providing fair and competitive recognition for role and achievements, but also about appreciating the development and motivation of people and sustainable employability.

For a Rewards & Recognition Specialist this translates into the following key activities:

- You will be driving the critical Annual Reward Processes, such as salary review and variable pay.
- You will be responsible for deploying the global reward benchmarking approach, identifying new opportunities - benchmark policies and benefits against industry practices and to propose enhancements to support the business strategy. Furthermore, you will be executing benchmarking for the UK by liaising with the local HR team, the Global Total Reward team and our external competitors.
- You will be working closely with Finance to ensure variable pay-out calculations are accurate and achievable within the assigned timeframes.
- You will work closely with our benefits brokers and external providers to ensure our benefits are competitive and meet the needs of our employees
- As a member of the Global Total Rewards Team, you will support the Team in the continuous development and professionalization of the Total Rewards philosophy and approach, including drafting and implementation of corresponding policy documents, guidelines, instructions and processes.
- You are responsible for UK specific needs such as Gender Pay Gap reporting.
- You will participate in projects for compensation initiatives such as reward structure design and implementation, including variable pay incentive schemes and flexible pay.
- You will participate in project teams to implement new or changed systems or processes, e.g. to further automate or professionalize our reward processes.
- You will support the UK HR Teams in the implementation of global policies, such as Recognition & Rewards framework, functional framework and labour conditions and also with data analysis, tools and expertise in the field of C&B related topics.
- You will support in maintaining and development of our global career framework, to enable the attraction and retention of staff in new jobs/roles, supporting career paths and aligning rewards globally where needed.

**What we ask from you**:

- Relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent, with 3-5 years’ relevant experience (e.g. in a similar role).
