Robert Half are working in partnership with a market leading, continuously growing organisation in Chippenham to recruit a Finance Supervisor role on a full-time permanent basis. This is a brilliant, challenging role that will be fully involved in leadingand up-skilling a small team, improve/implement processes and procedures, reconciliations and dealing with high priority, complex queries. This will be well-suited for someone that has proven accounts payable/purchase ledger experience and is passionate aboutleading a team, whilst being a part of a reputable business offering further career development. The salary is between £28,000 - £32,000 plus hybrid working and other excellent benefits.

**The Role**

The main duties of the Finance Supervisor will consist of the following:

- Oversee a small team; provide training/support, up-skill and develop and set objectives
- Reconciling supplier statements
- Managing the mailbox and internal portal
- Dealing with high priority queries
- Invoice reporting
- Implement and improve processes/procedures
- Liaising with stakeholders and suppliers

**Requirements**:
To be considered for the Finance Supervisor role, you must ideally possess the following skills/attributes:

- Must have experience within an accounts payable/purchase ledger orientated role
- Experience leading a team would be advantageous
- AAT qualified or QBE (qualified by experience)
- Highly organised
- Excellent communication skills
- Innovative
- Adaptable

**Salary & Benefits**
- £28,000 - £32,000 annual salary
- Hybrid working (3 days from home, 2 days in the office)
