What will your day look like?
- We currently have a vacancy for a Senior Property Caretaker, working within a mobile team, around the  Exeter and North Devon area.
- Core working hours are 8.00am to 4.00pm Monday to Friday with extra hours sometimes required.
- You will be responsible for the cleaning and maintenance of external and internal communal areas within residential apartment blocks.
- You will carry out Cleaning, Garden Maintenance, Adhoc and have the capacity to perform minor maintenance, No Trade Qualifications Required.
- You will be proactive in helping assess for maintenance issues, health and safety including reporting building defects, testing of fire and security alarms.
- To maintain and update records of activities using mobile apps.

What makes a successful Senior Property Caretaker?
- You will show a keen interest in gardening, no trade qualifications are required but previous experience in a similar type role would be highly advantageous.
- You will demonstrate good decision-making skills and common sense.
- You will take pride in consistently providing a high standard of customer service as you will be acting as a Community Property Care’ representative when on site.
- You will have experience of working to achieve agreed works are completed within agreed time frames.
- You will be a team player who ensures that all our estates and communal areas are clean, tidy and in a safe condition.
- You will live in or around the Exeter area to enable the morning pick up and afternoon drop off.
- You will hold a current and **full Driving License** (essential as on occasions you will be required to use a Company van as a tool of the job).
