A NEW FOR **2024 **OPPORTUNITY IS HERE, FOR A _**ROAMING **_front of house team member, you'll..
- Be involved in service ensuring customers are greeted, seated and well looked after
- Develop yourself with on the job training to ensure consistent service standards.
- First impressions count and you will be the first person to set the warm and welcoming atmosphere
- You will be welcoming guests on arrival, ensuring they have everything they need during their experience and wish them well upon departure.
- You will be required to assist guests in a friendly, confident and professional manner, your communication skills re paramount
- Ensure the guests have a fantastic experience from the first interaction to the last

Also,
- Be a seasoned pro in the hospitality industry with a strong customer orientation and understanding of service delivery, ALL THINGS FOOD & BEVERAGE...
- Have mastered the ins and outs of exceptional guest service
- Strong personal organisational skills with the ability to balance a number responsibilities
- Ensure James’ Places policies and procedures are followed.
- Check the maintenance & quality of physical items: tables; chairs; equipment; linen and the appearance of the hotel, restaurant and foyers: wood work; carpeting; lighting, etc.
- To be confident in up selling and making recommendations through strong product knowledge and maximising sales opportunities
- Be punctual, well-groomed and dressed in accordance with James Places’ standards.
- Be a point of contact for queries and complaints for guests while on duty, handling all with an excellent level of professionalism
- WE WILL NEED TO SEE **A FULL CLEAN DRIVING LICENSE** AND YOU MUST BE THE **SOLE OWNER OF A VEHICLE**, ACCESIBLE FOR WHEN YOU ARE APPOINTED A DIFFERENT LOCATION TO WORK.
