Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Dispatch coordinator to join our team. As a Dispatch coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our dispatch department, ensuring efficient coordination of shipments and deliveries. Your strong analytical skills and ability to communicate effectively will be essential in this role.

**Duties**:

- Manage and supervise the dispatch team, providing guidance and support
- Coordinate and schedule shipments, ensuring timely delivery
- Analyze transportation data to optimize routes and minimize costs
- Communicate with drivers, customers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team
- Oversee shipping and receiving processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Perform data entry tasks to update records and generate reports

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a dispatch or logistics role is required
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in phone etiquette and customer service
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temp to perm

Pay: £11.44 per hour
