We’re looking for two Load Planners to work Monday to Friday based at our site in Barrow on Soar, working either 7.30am -4.30pm or 12 noon
- 9pm shifts

You’ll plan the resources against the plan and ensure that we are able to execute the central plan being the touchpoint between the warehouse and transport for the current and following shift.

**Pay, benefits and more**:
We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £26,000 early shift and £28,000 pm shift, per annum. In addition, we offer 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days. **What you’ll do on a typical day**:

- Day-to-day you will be to looking to review warehouse loading targets and ensure that products are loaded in line with planned deliveries and that we can despatch our drivers in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintain excellent levels of customer service including stakeholder relationships
- You will ensure that all activity is undertaken in line with legislative requirements and ensure compliance with XPO Health and Safety requirements, highlighting any concerns to line management - ask us about our ‘Road to Zero’
- Be proactive in identifying and resolving any potential issues before they occur - can you find creative solutions for complex problems?

**What you need to succeed at XPO**:

- If you have a backgound in working a busy transport office
- Great communication skills, you’ll be cooperating with stakeholders throughout the network
- Previous transport experience is essential for this role
- Previous system experience in Excel and SAP are desirable.
