**About The Role**:
**RAC** have an exciting opportunity for a **Technical Trainer **to join our expanding team As a **Technical Trainer**, you will be responsible for designing, developing and delivering automotive technical training programmes that support corporate customers and technicians, whilst ensuring a quality, customer-focused service is maintained.

**What you'll do...**
- Provide a supportive role training role within a manufacturer based function
- Deliver training programmes to agreed performance standards
- Administration of training services, ensuring appropriate materials are made available and documentation is completed
- Provide support to trainers both within the RAC team and overall training services function
- Identify new business opportunities to help promote training services

**What you'll need...**
- Proven skill in the design and delivery of technical training programmes that will have included recognised levels such as CIPD, C&G, A1 units & V1 units
- A good understanding of the latest motor industry technical developments, and the comprehensive knowledge of vehicle diagnostics and electronic / mechanical systems.
- Hold a recognised technical trainer qualification such as CIPD, C&G or equivalent
