**Who We Are?**

**The Position**

An exciting opportunity for an administrator to work within our team to assist with the delivery of a business innovation programme. Reporting to the Office Manager, the successful applicant will provide administrative support to project participants in the area of graduate recruitment and selection.

**Main Duties include**
- Assist with the administration of the programme’s recruitment and selection process, supporting the compilation of job specifications, posting specs on the recruitment portal and selected sites and full administration of the recruitment lifecycle process.
- Maintain accurate records, updating project information systems and managing project recruitment folders.
- Liaison with graduates, industry, and business development agencies.
- A minimum of a Diploma in a Business or related discipline or equivalent.
- Two years (recent) relevant recruitment/administration experience in an office environment.
- Excellent Interpersonal and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise.
- Proficient IT Skills, inc. Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

**Immediate Start Available
- interviews week commencing 13th Feb 2023**

Full training provided. Normal working hours are from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday hybrid working and includes 20+ days/year paid leave (in addition to statutory holidays).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
