**Position**: Part-Time Housekeeper

**Location**:Cardiff, East Area

**Working Hours**: Flexible part-time hours available between 10 am - 3 pm, seven days a week

**Responsibilities**:
You'll be reporting to our Operations Supervisor.
- Thoroughly clean and reset our apartments, including kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, and bedrooms, to a high standard, ensuring they are pristine for the arrival of new guests.
- Collaborate with our hospitality team to maintain cleanliness standards and uphold our commitment to exceptional guest satisfaction.
- Accept or decline job assignments in advance when requests are sent to you via our smartphone app.
- Utilise on-the-job training to deliver efficient and high-quality cleaning services.

**Requirements**:

- You must possess a valid driver's licence and have access to a car to travel between our depot and apartments across the east of the city.
- Previous cleaning/housekeeping experience and a commitment to exceptional cleanliness.
- Attention to detail and a desire to exceed guest expectations are essential qualities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a flexible part-time schedule.
