Job Title: Casual Room Attendant

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and passionate individual to join our Housekeeping team as a Casual Room Attendant at The Parkgate Hotel in Cardiff.

About the Role:

As a Casual Room Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring that all guest bedrooms meet the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation. This includes cleaning assigned check-out and stay-over rooms, removing room service trays, and reporting any maintenance requests to the Floor Housekeepers.

You will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of guest corridors, lift landing areas, and back-of-house areas. This is a great opportunity to work in a luxury hotel environment and contribute to providing exceptional guest experiences.

What We're Looking For:
  • A high level of English language proficiency
  • An eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional results
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
What You'll Do:
  • Clean assigned check-out and stay-over rooms to the highest standards
  • Remove room service trays and items left in rooms
  • Report any maintenance requests to Floor Housekeepers
  • Maintain the cleanliness of guest corridors, lift landing areas, and back-of-house areas
