**Purpose of the post**:

- Ensure that the people of Gwynedd are at the heart of everything we do.
- Ensure that the UK Shared Prosperity Fund (UKSPF) projects in Gwynedd are delivered successfully.
- Assist Gwynedd's Shared Prosperity Fund Manager to support and advise UKSPF projects

**Responsibility for functions**:

- Office equipment such as a computer, phone, etc..

**Main duties**:

- Work closely with the Gwynedd and regional team of the Shared Prosperity Fund (UKSPF) to successfully deliver the programme.
- Provide advice and support to projects and various organisations in Gwynedd that have received funding from the UKSPF to ensure compliance with the processes of the regional team.
- Attend meetings and site visits to UKSPF projects in Gwynedd on behalf of the Manager.
- Monitor the achievement and performance of the projects against the agreed financial profiles and outputs, and advise on aspects of the project administration.
- Prepare written reports on the achievement and performance of UKSPF projects in Gwynedd as required
- Assist with aspects of the programme’s administration.
- Develop a communication and engagement programme with the projects to encourage collaboration between organisations.
- Promote the activities and successes of projects, including the preparation and distribution of press releases, case studies and social media posts that comply with UKSPF branding guidelines.

- Ensure compliance with Health and Safety rules in the workplace in accordance with the responsibilities noted in the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 and the Council’s Health and Safety Policy.
