**EUC Analyst (End User Computing)**

Competitive Salary

Hybrid - 1/2 days a week in Norfolk

We are currently working with a large business in the South East who are looking for passionate and experienced an End User Computing Engineer to join a growing and close knit team of skilled engineers. You will be supporting a large user base remotely andoccasionally on site from time to time.

Experience required:

- Track record in End User Computing engineering / support
- Build and configuration of devices and equipment
- Experience of JML (joiners, movers, leavers)
- Knowledge of Windows and Mac enterprise desktop environments.
- Device Management and MDM (Mobile Device Management) and tools such as Microsoft and InTune.
- Knowledge of Office365, Windows 10, Active Directory, Azure AD, Microsoft Office, Adobe, basic system and network admin, Python etc
- Knowledge of Incident Management, Problem Management, Knowledge Base Management, Service Development, etc...
- Familiar with Service Management tooling / ITSM (ServiceNow, Halo etc)
- Excellent Customer service skills.
