Social Media and Marketing Executive

Are you a creative individual looking to manage social media platforms and marketing initiatives? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you. To support the positive growth of the Company, we are looking for someone with extensive social media and marketing experience to come into this new role and manage the end-to-end social media and marketing campaigns for Turnbull.
**What you'll do**:
The role will include creating an annual marketing plan to promote our services, whilst developing and launching corresponding social media strategies. Working closely with our senior leadership team, you will play a vital role in communicating key messages, brand visibility and growth, whilst expanding our social media presence.
The main part of your job will be:
- develop the businesses annual marketing plan in line with the budget.
- develop and take ownership of social media initiatives to support the marketing plan.
- manage all marketing and social media correspondence.
- producing engaging and innovative content for our social media platforms.
- understand and conduct research around our target audience.
- research and report on tools which could be used to further grow the business.
- enhance Turnbull's brand to reach a larger capacity of potential customers and clients.
- provide support with the organisation and coordination of events.
**What you'll need**:
To be successful, you'll need:
- to be educated to degree level or equivalent in the social media and/or marketing field.
- experience of working in social media and marketing.
- exceptional writing skills with the ability to write accurate, concise, sharp content for a variety of audiences whilst adhering to brand guidelines.
- able to interpret and report on analytics whilst providing innovative solutions to increase engagement levels.
- experience with managing budgets.
- able to meet deadlines, work under pressure and create content accurately and timely.
- able to demonstrate a high level of competence in MS Offices packages.
- able to work independently and as part of a team.
- a valid driving licence and access to car will be essential, as the role will require regular travel,
