The Placement Student will develop valuable workplace skills from being involved in HR activities and have their own assignments to manage and organise.

- Strong IT skills - experience of working with excel would be an advantage
- Ability to engage and connect with a diverse range of people
- Strong administrative and problem-solving skills
- A collaborative approach with the ability to build trust
- Delivering results with accuracy and efficiency
- Ability to use own initiative and be proactive
- Respect for confidentiality

- Must hold a full driving licence
- Ability to travel to other business sites when required

**Job Details**
- This is a paid placement
- Fixed term contract for 12 months
- Working hours - 40 per week
- Working pattern - Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm

**Required Criteria**
- Must be an undergraduate working towards completing a HR degree.
