Are you enthusiastic about harnessing the potential of data-driven marketing to develop compelling campaigns?

As Marketing Cloud Specialist, you’ll take a strategic and hands-on approach to digital product management, where you will be expected to own and develop product and data strategies, carry out A/B and multivariate testing, support up to 60 marketing cloud users, report on campaign performance and work closely with multiple stakeholders to develop a product roadmap for Marketing Cloud.

**Role Overview**
- Own the Salesforce Marketing Cloud roadmap, championing the in-platform data strategy and managing new capabilities
- Utilize reporting and analytics tools within Salesforce Marketing Cloud to measure and analyse campaign performance.
- Configure and customize Salesforce Marketing Cloud to align with the organization's marketing strategy to convert prospects

**About You**
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist with a track record of successful implementations
- Experience of developing product roadmaps and delivering product strategies
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator Qualification

**About the team**

The Salesforce Marketing Specialist will be part of the CRM team of 3 within the Marketing and Communications directorate.
