As per attached JD. must hold full and current BSE accreditation and registration To independently perform and accurately report echocardiograms on both inpatients and outpatients to a high standard, at all trust sites. To assess images accurately and create a clear and concise accurate report on the electronic reporting platform. To undertake additional band 7 duties to drive a high quality service developing scanning and reporting.
Liaise with other physiologists to facilitate a seamless programme of care to patients and service to medical staff. Extended role as required including contrast and stress echo, TOE and specialist valve clinics. Demonstrate regular formal evaluation and participation in QA.
