**The Role**
At Town & Country we are currently recruiting for a Voids Supervisor to join our team, based around the Canterbury area As a Voids Supervisor you will inspect void properties and schedule works. Motivate, coach and support to ensure tradespeople are competent in their work and renowned for their level of commitment, capability and workmanship. You will be responsible for planning and organising your team to deliver outstanding service and performance in line with KPI’s.
**The Project**
The Voids Supervisors duties and responsibilities will include the following: - Inspect void properties and schedule works required to meet clients minimum relet standard using schedule of rates codes - Supervising DLO team, including, recruitment, inductions, one to ones, performance reviews and site audits. - Co-ordinate direct labour, limiting the use of sub-contractor support - Co-ordinate & priorities electrical and gas isolation - Identify and progress any H&S concerns - Monitor clearance works to minimise delays - Identify and evidence re-chargeable repairs - Produce a schedule of works on the IT system - Produce a job specific, H&S site pack and liaise with client officers where required - Monitor & prioritise WIP - Maximise productivity - Ensure minimum void standard is achieved - Attend client meetings Most importantly, you will be joining a values based business with a true family ethos, with our people at the heart of everything that we do.
