**37 hrs per week, Monday - Friday (39 weeks per year, including Inset)**

You will provide effective supervision and pastoral support for students who require early intervention after making poor behavioural choices and help students to regulate and reflect, whilst creating a positive climate for learning.

You will be based in The Student Support Unit, the school’s intervention room and the ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential.

Academic achievement lies at the heart of what the school does, but we never forget the importance of fostering our Virtues in our students. Some students need the support of the Inclusion Team, before they are ready to learn. We strive for Success for All.
