We are looking for exceptional **Customer Service** professionals to join our Surveyor booking team at our National Operations Centre based in **Castle Donington, Derby,**which is easily assessable by public transport.
**About the role**:
This is not a sales role so there will be no cold calling but you will be providing a telephone-based booking service for our clients who have instructed us to conduct residential surveys in relation to mortgage valuations.You will provide administrationsupport to Surveyors, Regional Management Teams and build / maintain strong client relationships with lender partners.Delivering a proactive, professional, and productive service. Ensuring that you are always delivering service excellence.
**Who we are looking for**:

- Flexible approach to working hours as we are open 8am - 8pm Monday to Friday and 9am - 5pm on Saturdays
